The petition published on the Change.org platform, calls on Germany’s Chancellor Angela Merkel and Foreign Minister Sigmar Gabriel as well as Russia’s President Vladimir Putin and the country’s Prosecutor General’s Office to drop the “flimsy” and “untenable” charges.
