Brownback Tax Cut Era Ends With Kansas Legislature’s Veto Override Brownback Tax Cut Era Ends With Kansas Legislature’s Veto Override onservative Republicans, some of whom voted for sweeping tax cuts in 2012 or defended them in the years since, parted ways with Gov.
